Please listen carefully to the message options as they have changed. Our school office hours are as follows:
Term Time Only Monday – Thursday, 8am - 4:30pm / Friday, 8am - 4pm
A reminder however that all communication to RBA must be done so in a polite and respectful manner. We have a highly skilled and trained staff-body who will work with all parties to ensure the best outcomes are achieved for everyone. We welcome feedback and challenge – that makes us stronger, but I will never accept rude or abusive conduct towards members of my staff.
Unfortunately, it is all too easy to take a copy of our school logo without permission and create a closed, unregulated account. I wanted to reiterate to families that anything other than the above is unofficial, an infringement on our brand identity, does not have a staff presence and is not endorsed by the school.
RBA-Enquiries@Bestacademies.org.uk can be used to contact the school. Your email will be forwarded to the most appropriate department.
In the school holidays, this email address is monitored on a weekly basis by our administration team. Naturally, we cannot guarantee an immediate response from specific members of staff. That said, all matters pertaining to safeguarding can be addressed to the following agencies, alongside RBA to ensure matters are actioned swiftly:
